Bought and used a racket from them for a month (or even less), the top of the racket deformed itself inside my bag. My rest of the rackets are still in good condition. The sale replied and said it was due to an impact and refused to make a compensation. I will never buy from them again. One of my good rackets is also have the same string tension as the broken one, and I have already used that one for almost a year.
