I was looking to upgrade my current racket and after a lot of research and watching a Badminton Insight video on YouTube - I opted for a Victor Thruster F C racket.

I've used Badminton HQ in the past and always found them to be competitive on pricing with fast delivery - so was pleased to see that they stocked this racket as well as the price being the cheapest I could find. I opted for them to restring it for me with Yonex Exbolt 65 at my preferred tension of 27lbs and the racket was promptly delivered.

However, I realised right away that I could hear a slight clicking noise when using the racket - it was fairly intermittent and was recognisable again the second time i played - in total I had only used the racket for around 3 hours and it was still in pristine condition.

I was a little concerned with the noise and wasn't sure if it was 'normal' or a fault/issue possibly something to do with Victors Freecore technology? - either way a search of the internet came up with nothing so i decided to reach out to Badminton HQ and they were AMAZING!

They asked me to describe the problem/issue i was having and then asked for a video of it - once they had the video they agreed there was something wrong and reached out to Victor directly - I'm now expecting my replacement racket tomorrow - again strung to my specifications!

I was genuinely unlucky with the initial racket as it seems to be a one off - but what really impressed me was how effortless and hassle Badminton HQ made the whole process- their communication was excellent and their speed of resolution was impressive - I can't see me shopping anywhere else in future for any badminton related equipment - I've always had good experiences with them, but the true measure of a good company is how they respond when something goes wrong - and despite it not being my fault or theirs r.e. the defective racket - they took ownership of it from start to finish!
