One of the worst experience I had with this company. Their shoe size is always wrong size as indicate on the box. They have scammed morethan £10.00 for return and Nick was not helpful with the customer service. Avoid at any cost.

Ordered some shuttles. Delivery didn’t arrive even though I was in at time of delivery. They tried to blame me and then wanted surcharge to re deliver or or cancel order. Very poor customer care with little interest in solving the problem. Not recommended

Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless if you know what you're buying

I have removed a plastic wraper on the handle and hence they said we can't accept it now. But I have received the item only a day before which they can confirm from the courier, how much would have I used the racket in 1 day? How do you expect an item to be laying around in the plastic wraper for a month before opening it and a person decided ok I want to return this? If there is any marks or signs on the item, that's a fair point for me. But saying that if the plastic wraper from the handle is removed and now we can't sell it as new, it doesn't make sense to me? You are a retailer or a factory you should be able to rewrap it, refurbish it and or rectify any issues with an item bought from you. It as though i have bought something from someone on a croner of the street.

I left a review on the item and one for the shop and I have been told by BadmintonHQ that I have abused their reviews system and they have removed the negative reviews left on their account and blocked me. I mean wow 👌

"Acceptable"

Racket delivered, price was good. Package could have been better packed tho with a bit of bubble wrap, wasn't too convinced that the 'do not bent' sticker on the box. Other than buy, would buy again from here if I was looking for another racket.
