"Decent campsite close to Paris"

We stayed in a riverside cottage for three nights and overall it was a nice stay and ticked the boxes for what we wanted. The riverside description was quite some stretch - was a brown quite narrow part of the Seine that you could barely see through the trees and fence so probably wouldn’t fall over myself to book again for that particular feature.
The cottage itself was a decent size and pretty comfortable. Parking next to the unit was a bonus. The campsite was clean and well maintained with a well stocked if expensive shop with very friendly and helpful staff.

Didn’t eat at the restaurant- although it looked nice - nor did we use the pool which again looked nice but seemed to have quite a lot of rules.

The real gem of the site is the close proximity to a train station that gets you into central Paris in less than 30 minutes. We spent two full days in Paris and it was really convenient and easy.

So overall for a short stay this is a great option with helpful staff and a nice vibe.

Quality campsites (mostly) with repeat customer loyalty scheme. Website quite good although not easy to find map showing location of sites. Staff onsite usually excellent.
