"Wait for it... "

So OK, I've waited a bit before writing this just to see what happens after the sale and now I'm in a position to relay my findings. I used the site out of pure curiosity, yes, I was looking for a new car but never gave the online option much thought. I applied for finance in the first instance without having a specific car in mind, this was on the Friday. I was contacted within 24hrs by text to say I had been approved and would I like to arrange a time for a phone call to discuss the next step. I arranged for a call at 1pm on the Monday. Sure enough qpm on the Monday I had a call from Brandon. I had been online over the weekend and shortlisted 3 cars. What happened next was a bit shocking. There was no 'hard sell' no pushing hidden costs and we had a good chat I have to admit. After a while, and belive me it was a while, and at no time was I rushed into anything, I decided on a car. We went through all the paperwork and costs etc in fine detail. I was told then that I would receive a call in the next few hours confirming everything and let me know the next steps. Within an hour I had a call from Zuhaib letting me know that everything was approved and I would now be able to contact the garage to arrange collection. My gast was flabbered.... Two days later I collected the car.... As I said I have waited until now some 2 weeks later as I'm still waiting for the catch. I have received one call since asking if everything was OK and was I happy with the purchase and that's it.... No extended warranty push or after sales sales. Oh, I did have a call from the finance company about GAP insurance which I have always taken out on all my cars. So all in all, Nat, Charlie, Brandon, Kieran and Zuhaib all did a top class fantastic job. This has all ended in me buying a car, not even for me, it's a 50th birthday present for my wife, a dream car might I add that she never in a million years thought she would have so we've got smiles all round. 5 stars is not enough in my opinions and I know that sounds crass and cliché but it's true. I would 100% endorse 365 and when the time comes for my new car there's only one place I'll be going. On behalf of my wife and myself thank you all.

To be honest, I was first sceptical, but he was so easy to talk to. When I tell you that the whole process took less than 2 hours. We finished everything that Saturday, and a week later, I went to pick up my car. It was such a seamless and beautiful experience. Dante, you are a star!
