Kiah stopped responding to my text messages and emails once she had received all of my personal information, some of which is highly sensitive. I eventually received an email saying my application had been refused even though I have proof that I could pay a loan at a much higher rate and was initially approved for the loan. I would have concerns that this company is involved in some kind of scam/identity fraud with all the information they request claiming they need it in order to submit it to a a “lender”

I shall look forward to receiving a call (it won’t happen. I had a rude email from Kiah).

Wasn’t sure what I wanted or what I was really looking for but after contacting car loans365 they gave me billy to help me and help me he did he went the extra mile in everything he done for me and was amazing! Had so much knowledge when it came to cars and helped me with every question I threw at him there wasn’t one he didn’t answer in the best way for me to understand!! Would highly recommend anyone to use him as there advisor and I will definitely be using him again!! Great service and great guy

"I had a totally ridiculous experience…"

I had a totally ridiculous experience with an advisor called Devon, I applied for finance for a vehicle and everything worked out with the green light both by call and messages until the next day I was notified that after all nothing was processed because of driving licence already submitted to Devon and the reason why the approval was rejected would be the driver's license. I submitted all the documents they asked me for and even so they gave me false hopes about something that would never happen.Plus made me pay a car warranty called bumper to which a credit was created in my credit profile after credit approval and I'm still waiting to be refunded since the car purchase process fell. Lamentable!
