everything was very good BUT because the technician was dedicated in doing the job properly and thoroughly he was very pushed for time. i offered as much assistance as possible and saved him a few hours but he was still on site nearly 10 hours. i am not complaining about the inspection or the work but i worked with him all day so it should really have been a 2 person job. the external baits, internal underfloor and the roof space inspection/s could have been done by 2 people in 8 hours but then there is the paperwork. the original inspection and quote, then the technician work - all very very good but without my assistance the technician would have been there a lot longer. at least i can say he did an exceptional job - and i'm a very fussy tradesman!!!
