We have recently had a log burner installed by Mark & Costa (Woodburner Solutions Ltd). From the initial enquiry to completion of installation, it has exceeded expectations. I found Mark and Costa from the Hetas website. Costa turned up when arrange and priced up the job and gave me options for installation. They widened the fireplace opening installed a lintel, hearth, burner and flue. As a bonus the re-plastered a much bigger area of damaged plaster from where I'd removed the old fire. Final finish was fantastic even better than I'd hooped. Very pleasant to deal with and made the whole experience stress free. Highly recommend!

Great communication and efficient service throughout. Mark liaised with the chimney sweep also to ensure the recommended components were ordered.
The installation was great with care taken to ensure minimal mess and all materials removed and area cleaned afterwards.
The fitters ensured I was aware of how to use the stove and of what to expect on first lighting. Aftercare information provided for advice or if any problems also given

They were quick to respond to messages and emails, called me to confirm dates and details, and turned up when they said they would!

Work was completed tidily and to a great standard. They both obviously have a passion for the work they do and service they provide.
They even sourced appropriate brackets online, and fitted our mantel for us!
