From start to finish, I couldn’t be happier with my installation, The installers are courteous and professional with a wealth of experience and knowledge. They offered me all of the advice I needed to make me feel comfortable with the work required, they even came out to do a site pre-inspection which was reassuring. They were respectful of my home and came out on time as arranged in awful weather showing how committed they both are. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We were looking to have a woodburning stove fitted before Christmas, I phoned around several fitters and thankfully I gave woodburner solutions a call. From the moment they made contact by returning my call they were the most helpful, friendly and trustworthy suppliers and installers we could've found. There was no hard sale about them having to do all the building work, Costa (who is very experienced and it's clear to see how much pride he takes in his work) visited our property and gave us a lot of helpful advice on how to do any preparation work which needed completing and to ensure we could have a suitsble stove fitted. Mark followed Costa's visit with a clear quotation and very reasonable price with the promise of fitting us in within a few weeks, which was kept. We paid a deposit and received an installation date, they arrived first thing in the morning and were both friendly and professional throughout their visit, a lot of care and pride was taken whilst installing the woodburning stove but also for our property, they made the effort to ensure that no mess was left and that the job was done to the highest standards. I would highly recommend them for the services they offer.

Really delighted with our log burner. Mark and Costa were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish; quick to come out and quote, fully explained all our options and the wait for install was short. The install was quick, professionally completed and in a timely way. There was a great selection of stoves and surrounds and all of the parts used were of excellent quality. The burner has made a huge, positive impact to our home and we couldn’t be happier - thank you!

These guys have been in the stove business together for years, and it shows in the quality of their work and their ‘can do’ attitude.

Costa assessed the situation and came up with the right answer to the question. Others who quoted didn’t really grasp what was required. Costa managed to fit the chimney pot without hiring in an additional MEWP and got the job done in a day. Put cement board around the chimney to replace the noncompliant plasterboard in the fireplace.

Maybe not the cheapest install, but these guys know their stuff and we’re a pleasure to work with. If you have a tricky job, give these guys a call.
