Too many confusing emails coming in late at night or early in the morning. Poor acknowledgment of my payment. Pick up was supposed to be between 7-9 am. They showed up at 6:30. They were going to contact me Thursday about Friday ETA. Never contacted until I texted Friday. I had added items to the list that the movers had knowledge of. They were talking about renegotiating right there. Had to search for the email to prove it to them. My antique dining table arrived damaged. They pushed back on me when I told them I would have to put the tip on a credit card instead of cash due to my company reimbursing me for the move.
Finally Parker sent me the final invoice and the only tip option was for 20%. All the emails offered 10, 20, 30% options.
