I was looking for a piano April 2020 and the model I was looking for (Yamaha P-125) was out of stock everywhere or heavily overpriced.

Luckily I stumbled across this store and I had to ring up because I had a small issue ordering online.

The guy who picked up immediately was super helpful and gave me advice about this piano and sorted out the issue I had online.

The piano arrived next day with no hassle at all. Which is amazing, considering how many other shops struggled and had really poor customer service during the pandemic!

10/10 I would recommend using them.

I was looking for a yamaha drum pad, found this website from google shopping list being the cheapest out of many other competitors.

I wasn't sure whether the product was brand new or second hand to be honest. (I suppose I could have always asked before purchasing).

I was also unsure whether the website was legit at first sight. So I thought I'd take the risk...

Turned out beautifully, package arrived the next day!

Took my GS Classic T in for a service recently, served by Rich who went through the schedule of work and agreed a (fair) price. Guitar returned with all the work completed to a superb standard: bang-on intonation and action adjustment, cleaned-up electrics without the pot crackles, new strings, thoroughly clean and strap locks fitted as requested. This is how it should be done - thoroughly recommended!

"Flawless Service"

I managed to short my compressor pedal, and I took it to Intasound to repair, the staff are extremely professional and friendly, and explained exactly what had gone wrong, and how to prevent it, as well as fixing the problem very promptly. I also had a split coil pickup installed on my jazzmaster and it sounds phenomenal, but the kicker was the extra time that was spent making sure it sounded exactly how I wanted, not just how they thought I wanted it. They will be able to help you with whatever you need, and very reasonably priced as well, highly recommend.

High quality help even for a small project!

I was preparing to make two simultaneous recordings of a DWP-related assessment interview. I already had a boundary microphone, a signal-splitting lead and two cassette recorders, but I needed help with amplifying the microphone signal. Both Lloyd and Alex at Intasound were helpful, including providing the (now-famous) service of a free beverage, but I was soon speaking to Rich who really took a special interest in my difficulties. He recommended and supplied a suitable pre-amplifier and leads. When I later needed to modify the arrangement he went to great trouble to redesign the various new leads required. All three of the staff were courteous, pleasant and relaxed at all times. Just like other reviewers I was impressed by the friendly atmosphere in the shop, and witnessed several other customers being treated in the same relaxed, unhurried and personal way. Although the equipment I purchased was very humble and inexpensive, I was treated just as well as others who were spending many hundreds of pounds. I cannot recommend this shop too highly.
