Emailed help (using non secure hotel wifi) but it responded once a day. consequently by time had a response that may have helped my holiday was over.

Had a very bad and disappointing experience with this network and would discourage anyone from getting it, although the staff was very helpful and tried to sort the issue but to no avail. Ended up paying for a service I never got to use even though I provided proof that I was unable to use the services, they were adamant to not offer any compensation or workaround.
