Very good service from beginning to end, I would have given 5 stars but although the fitter was very proficient he was a little messy, but I would recommend Aura Gas as a competent Company and very competitive in the marketplace

"Aura gas had a repetition of problems …"

Aura gas had a repetition of problems with my installation.In all 4 days was necessary to replace 8 tvrs and the boiler and to quality check the work.
I think AURA would be the first to admit this installation was a disaster.
I had to have the job completed by a certain date as I had visitors coming to stay.
At first the boiler was wrongly piped and had to be re-worked.
Not the tidiest of workers was the initial engineer.
I was very insistent when the job was not finished on time and AURA completed late on the third day My wife and I worked very late to clean up and get the house back to normal prior to the arrival of our guests.
My decor was damaged through fitting a room stat and although I was not charged the £42 initial charge for it, I had to spend more buying a larger one to cover the damaged wallpaper.
I repaired most of the damage to the decor myself as the job was going on and on and I needed it finished.
The Technical Manager at AURA did his best to recover the situation and for that I was grateful. All in all my new boiler installation was an unpleasant experience.
