The sales process and installation were great, however, after sales shambolic. Needs to call an engineer out as had a leak- water coming from light fitting under bathroom and an empty boiler- took over 36 hours for someone to come out. Numerous promises of calls back from Aura with no calls being received.
Booked a service slot from 8.30 to 12.30 only to receive phone call at 9.35 that engineer was sick.
No after care, no customer care- quite frankly appalling customer service!!!!

A little confusion at first about which boiler was being installed - we had to dig out the paperwork - but once that was sorted the installation went very smoothly. Questions about running the boiler all explained. Very happy with the new boiler.

We had a new boiler and the quote and boiler sold were fantastic. Very good price compared to others quotes and also very fast and efficient on booking instillation. The work after was little rough inside the boiler cupboard and they admin and customer service has not been good. I had to chase for final bill and welcome packs etc. Still happy over all but could have been great.
