Great communication and swift delivery.

"Dreadful customer service. No wonder the shop is always empty."

When I entered the shop at John Princes St the staff member at the door was "busy" playing on his mobile phone & when I politely interrupted him for advice his attitude was cold and obnoxious. I then met staff member Dennis who had little interest in serving me. I asked to try footjoy golf shoes & when he returned from the stores he only brought back ONE golf shoe. I joked to him that I wasn't "hop-a long cassidy" & needed both shoes & he responded with an ill mannered exhalation of breath & shake of the head. As he went to get the other shoe the rude staff member I met at the door tried to convince me to make other purchases, gloves, clubs & was annoyed when I refused. Dennis arrived with the other shoe UNLACED but neither of them helped me to lace the shoes & just stood there while I laced both shoes myself. I told them that their customer service was awful & left the shop. The staff member who I met initially at the door then shouted "Don't Fxxxing come back." Horrible nasty people.

I have still not received anything despite paying a £10 express delivery charge.
I would try to get my money back but suspect that the company is based in some overseas tax haven so will cut my loses and move on.
