After my recent outburst I received a phone call within 10 mins from capital golf ,explaining why it had taken so long and why they had gone back to shop,apparently my address was spelt wrong resulting in FedEx not delivering them.As of tday they have finally come so I would like to apologise for my outburst and like to thank them for getting intouch and for fulling there order.Tho it has taken nearly 3 weeks it has not put me off from ordering from them again (just hope they get here faster next time 🤣🤣🤣)

This SHAMBLES, self-centred, vile company are to be avoided AT ALL COSTS.
False advertising mislead me to order golf clubs and golf bag. WHEN THE ORDER FINALLY ARRIVED, 3 weeks LATE. There was no bag? Returned clubs are they were too long in length anyways, it took the postal company weeks to return. My fault apparently. So, thankfully I had my returns receipt. Disputed the courior service. Fine. I get that. THEN when I got TRADING STANDARDS INVOLVED they said it was a customised order. My clubs were as customised as me walking into a shoe shop and asking for a size 5…!!! SO, on that basis alone. They now have my £450 AND the clubs.
This company needs to be taken to court.

"Awful customer service"
Awful customer service. I emailed them for a returns label to return a pair of shorts and received a very abrupt reply. No label was sent to me. I went ahead and purchased a returns label from there website and just sent the shorts back anyway. I heard nothing for 2 weeks, so I contacted them for my money. They asked for proof of postage, which I provided. The money eventually appeared in my account, but no email from the company to acknowledge this. It was frustrating having to check very frequently to see if the money appeared. They make it very difficult to return items and the customer service is appalling.

awful company to deal with. ordered a puma cap in a M/L and was sent a S/M. have sent countless emails to rectify which have been ignored. Called the company and spoke with Samuel who promised me he would deal with that afternoon. Nothing back so emailed again and i did get a one line reply from Samuel to say he was looking into and will come back to me. Another week by and still no response despite further email chasers including a request to start refund process as directed and still nothing. Shameful company and disgusting customer service. Avoid at all costs

Sent shoes back as they did not fit in July. I have mailed, FB talk, Webchat, Twitter to try get an update on the return and refund and nothing back. Called the shop and was told the online store is another part of the business and they dont deal with it. Absolutely shambolic customer service. Do not use!!!

I ordered a JL mid layer from Capital Golf in May. I waited weeks for it to arrive. When it did arrive it was completely the wrong item, wrong size etc. I then played email tennis with them for weeks and weeks until eventually the correct item was posted to me. The item arrived….. with a massive hole in the arm. After the experience to that date I wasn’t surprised in the slightest. Awful customer service throughout. Won’t be utilising them again.

Ordered a footjoy shirt waited for a week then suddenly got an email saying I had cancelled the order and they will refund me! I never cancelled it, have emailed, got no reply! Poor customer service.
