Really bad, a week after I ordered I received email to say I wouldn’t be getting my item as they found a problem with it when dispatching it & they didn’t have anymore. I responded to the email and heard absolutely nothing back, shocking company. Don’t waste your time.

ORDER CG-088933 placed on January 7th still no correspondence from capital golf and no sign of product. I have sent many emails asking if they are completing orders and when I can expect to receive it but have heard nothing. Feeling frustrated.

"No refund or store credit as promised, I am now left out of pocket and without the item"
Very disappointed with the customer service from capital golf. After having correspondence with a member of their team over email, confirming that if I returned the golf shirt I would receive store credit. The shirt has been returned (tracked and signed for), however no store credit has been issued and they are no longer replying to my emails. In summary they have now taken an item worth £80 from me without issuing an exchange or refund!

I've been bewildered by Capital Golf's customer service. Having posted the review below on Trustpilot, they responded immediately (having ignored my previous emails to them) to say that I'd agreed to their T&Cs, but giving no explanation as to which part of their T&Cs they meant. I asked for clarification, but they have not elaborated. I'm led to believe they are not responding to my request of a refund because they ask for items to be returned within 14 days. Whilst I understand this is written in their T&Cs, the jacket I bought was a Christmas present and so for me to receive and return it within 14 days over that festive period, would have meant me giving it to my husband ahead of Christmas day itself. I returned the jacket with all its tags in perfect condition via tracked delivery. Capital Golf signed for the item on 31st December. However, they have held onto the item and not initiated a refund, or suggested an exchange or credit note. The jacket was £149, so it is not an insignificant amount. Despite having received my payment for the item and now also having the item in their possession, they are offering no fair solution to the issue. It is all pretty upsetting and I hope nobody else has such an experience. I would be very wary of ordering through this company. Please can I appeal to Capital Golf to work with me to find a reasonable solution to this issue.

I bought a Christmas present for my husband in December, and the service was quick. However, having posted it back with a tracked Royal Mail Service, I have not heard a word since. I have emailed several times, and like the customer below, have been sent automated responses to say they do not open until 4th January. It is now the 11th. I’m so disappointed and concerned by the lack of response, as it was an expensive item and I am due a refund.

Having been misled by another company for 5 months about availability and then being lost by the courier, it was a pleasant experience to deal with a company who did what they say they would. Will definitely deal with Capital again.
