15 days and still no golf trolley and still no delivery date all I get automated emails and no one answers the phone ,

Still waiting for golf trolley I ordered on 4/9. They took payment on the 7th.
No communication ( I have e mailed twice ) and phone line is a waste of time!
They have had some really bad reviews and I can see why.
I am hoping to receive my goods in the next few days or will have to escalate
the matter to the appropriate authorities.

"Shocking company to deal with been…"
Shocking company to deal with been trying to get a refund for over 2 weeks for a trolley that hasn't been delivered and I can now get elsewhere next day. Rang the shop 3 times was promised a return call that never arrived plus told they would sort for me next day. There are plenty of good golf sites to choose from which I use regularly and never had a problem with any of them ,only capital golf. I strongly advise you not to use this company but to look elsewhere.

I went on the website on Thursday 27/08/20 to get a J.Lindeberg belt and seen they said they could price match the belt if you could see it somewhere else cheaper. Another two website’s had the belt for half the price but just not in my size. So sent a message to there online chat with two screenshots of the belt from other websites , half the price of what they had it for and asked if they could price match. I had no reply so I called the next day and the guy on the phone said they could price match no problem and would sent me a link by 5pm with the new price. I then called on the Tuesday and the person on the phone still wasn’t helpful and came away with some story there was a price matching que and I had already explained the previous week I needed this belt by Thursday 03/09/20 as I was going away a golfing trip. Wednesday morning I get an email and all it said was ‘Cannot price match’. It took them nearly six days to come back with this reply. So at this point I couldn’t wait any longer so ordered the belt and paid full price and selected the £10 next day delivery. It said order by 1pm which I done and I get an email that night saying it wouldn’t be delivered until Friday 04/09/20 at 5pm which was no use as I was away my golfing trip. I then received the item when I returned home and opened up the package and there wasn’t even a piece of paper eg ‘The order Slip’ in the bag it was just thrown in and the belt was scratched and I don’t have any paper work to return the belt. I sent an email to them asking to speak to a manager nearly over a week ago now and have still not had any reply. There customer service skills were disgrace and were no help at all. I won’t be buying anything from them in the future and will be waiting on a manger contacting me.

Started well super quick delivery want to send items back paid for and requested returns label been waiting three days three phone calls no result. Ordered another item still not here called to ask where it is told Sam deals with these issue’s and that he would call to sort... Again no call still waiting. Shame when it all started so efficiently

"Very pleased with item"
Very pleased with item, a cap for my son’s birthday. However I was annoyed to receive it packaged in a plastic bag with a small amount of bubble wrap. If it had arrived creased I know he would not have worn it.
