Good products but when tried to exchange a top for a smaller size, total silence. No response to various contact attempts. Bought the returns label but it wasn't sent. Now poss stuck with something that doesn't fit. Don't know if too busy or a tactic to prevent returns and exchanges. Either way, poor form.
Update following the response below - no label or response.
Update 29 Aug 20 - return label still not received.

Capital golf have had my returned item for 15 days and refuse to refund me. Ever email I send is met with a generic response that i will be contacted back within 24 hours, but never have i received a reply after 10 attempts. Every time i call i am met with total disregard for my order or my lost money, fobbed off to get me off the phone as quickly as possible and ignored. An utter disgrace.
Today was the final straw, I spoke with Sam (who refused to give me any more details or surname) and was spoken to like a piece of dirt. He spoke down to me and flatly refused to be passed on to any manager or customer service superior even after asking 20 times. He lied about the status of my return and lied about me calling an incorrect number. He couldn't have been any more rude and less helpful if he tried, eventually acting like a cowardly spoilt child, hanging up on me TWICE as he didn't have any response to my questions.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CAPITAL GOLF. THEY ARE COWBOYS WHO HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS OR TREAT CUSTOMERS. IF ANYTHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A REFUND, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I still haven't received a refund for the product in my order that was faulty. You've replied to my reviews twice saying this was automatically processed...it hasn't been. You continue to ignore my emails to customer service. PLEASE REFUND MY ORDER!
