Order was taking ages to arrive with no updates so chased; was told they were wating for one of the items to arrive from france and would ship as soon as received;it…a few days later package arrived with said item missing and a handwritten note saying it was ‘out of stock’. refund was made but they’d had my money for 10 days. Would also have been nice to be informed before eventually receiving half my order! Went on to Amazon and managed to get said missing item delivered by them 2 days later.That’s where I will be shopping in future.
