Fabulous customer service! I ordered a number of bikinis for a forthcoming holiday. Unfortunately they were all a little too small but after contact customer services, Claire called me and looked at all of the alternatives and made sure that the replacements got to me in time for my holiday. The refunds were processed quickly as well. Lovely bikinis - very flattering.

I placed an order on November 23, 2024, and to this day, I still haven’t received the parcel. The customer service is completely unhelpful—they keep apologizing and asking me to wait, but they have done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. There’s no compensation, no refund, and no proactive solution offered. They stated that they can only refund me once they receive back the items. So if the items are lost or stuck at customs. It's only the buyer who will be the one to suffer. I’m deeply disappointed and would not recommend buying from this online store.
