My second year of buying from Willis Orchard. Everything I get from them has lived except the blackberries. But that's no fault of theirs. I didn't baby them enough during our brutally hot Texas summer. I'm trying again, but this time in pots for a year to help them strengthen and stay in the shade.

Received a variety of healthy, bare root blackberries, grapes, and trees. Shipped with care. Will definitely order again. Very pleased with the varieties offered.

Shipment received, all plants looked good. Would have liked to have received some planting instructions or a link to info about planting. I have never worked with bare root trees before. Had to look up on youtube.......which was not that big of a deal, but would have been better to have your recommendations.

I bought fruit trees with this company and they all died. Thst is zero survival rate.They gave me credit so I ordered berries, flowering trees and 1 fruit plant. Out of the 14 plants I got, only 4 survived. That is only28% survival rate way below standard of other companies.
I emailed the company and even with the help of better business bureau, they refused to refund my $78. This company does not honor what they say on there website. An employee responded to my email stating that I should have complained 3 days after I received my Dormant plants.dormant plants don't grow back in 3 days. This is stated on their website. Then another employee responded to my email stating that the plants that I bought were small and undeveloped. I asked her why did the company not put that on the website so I know what I'm getting? Their business practice is deceiving. I would not recommend this to anyone. I lost my hard earned $78. Don't buy from this business You will not get a quality plant.
