I feel mislead and ripped off by most of my purchase. I purchased 1-2 year old plants.

All I received were small branches that been clipped off and rooted. So it looks like single sticks in the ground.

I spoke to two people and both said this is exactly what I should have received.

I’m writing this review with hopes they update their website to be transparent with online customers by displaying either accurate photos of what you will receive or photo reviews where customers can show what they received.

The Goji plant did arrive looking like a plant; therefore I didn’t leave one star.

"Terrible root structure and customer service/support"

I ordered a 6 ft., 1 inch plus caliper fruit tree from Willis and received it way sooner than I expected without any notification. In many ways I could be grateful for this but also I was unprepared to have a tree arrive two weeks prior to the date expected - hope not prepared yet. When I opened the box I was amazed at the size and beauty of the tree though I was appalled at the tininess of the root system that came with this big tree. Upon inspection, I could tell that they had chopped off all of the main roots almost back to the main root core and there was a minimal amount of finer roots included. I called the company and got an email to send pictures to have them review my concerns. After a brief acknowledgment that my email was received, I had to wait almost a week to get a reply, which was basically that I shouldn't expect anything more, that the tree would be fine and would survive - my concerns completely sidestepped. I have planted many trees over the years none which have had this poor of a root structure other than one and though I pampered that one it did not survive. When I spoke to this and asked for a phone call to discuss how we could resolve the issue all I got was "if you haven't opened the package with the roots you can return the tree". I asked for a replacement and did not receive a reply. Pretty much all of my communication with this company on this issue has left me dissatisfied and I wouldn't recommend both based on the lack as caring service and nor on the quality of the tree they sent out.
