I always say that it's when things go wrong that you truly find out what a company is like. An item I ordered wasn't in stock. They rang me within a few minutes of placing the order and offered to upgrade to the next model for free. Their swift action meant I was still able to get the item delivered the next day. You really can't fault customer support like that :)
