Just purchased a Trek Emonda SL6 from Team cycles and have to say my experience with them has been top notch. Order was handled very quickly and delivered so well packaged, I would definitely not hesitate in using them again. My new bike has surpassed all my expectations, Thanks Again Andy.

Bought a MiRider bike last Thursday and it was delivered on the Friday afternoon. Everything was as it should have been and was put to use that evening.

"Excellent service from team cycles"

I bought the Trek Domane SL 6 from team cycles. It was due to be delivered by DPD but they refused to bring it to my flats and it was sent back to team cycles. I was frustrated and got in touch with team cycles and even though it wasn't their fault DPD didn't want to deliver, they got in touch with DPD and added delivery instructions and gave me updates along the way. Liam was very helpful with this process and I got a next day delivery for the second attempt. Definitely would recommend them whenever someone wants to buy a bike.

So, I had a problem with the motor on my Trek Powerfly 4. Only 1 year old and needed a few little tweaks too. Took it to shop, Team Cycles. This was a Friday afternoon. I explained the problem and left it with the guys. They explained the timelines and process of any warranty work. On Monday, I had a follow-up call from a mechanic called Michael. He had stripped the bike, assessed the bike and failed motor. He ordered the other consumable items and secured a new motor direct from Bosch. The bike was all sorted within 3 days, flash to bang! That’s what we see little of these days! Excellent service and communication. I rode the bike to work today, it was a breath of fresh air, a doddle like never before, obviously there’s been a problem with the motor from day one, but that’s not The fault of the shop. The ride was incredible, the gearing was smooth and the ride was effortless and uninterrupted by rattles or clunking noises. This is one awesome bike, but it’s equally as awesome that a guy ‘Michael’ had his eye on the ball and utilised his skills to return my bike in what must be the quickest turnaround ever to keep me happy. We’ll done to you all at Team Cycles. 10/10 in all categories 👍👍👍

Brilliant service from start to finish. Called them on the phone to ask some specific questions which were answered in full by the friendly staff, Ordered a bike on Monday and it was delivered Wednesday lunchtime. Courier (DPD) arrived within the 1 hour delivery time they told me via text. Would highly recommend Team Cycles to anyone.

I took my bike it for a service and my bike needed quite a bit of work. The presales service was easy to organise, and the mechanic did an excellent job. My bike was back within 2 hours and running perfectly. Friendly staff and excellent service and I would whole heartedly recommend Team Cycles
