Think this company is an absolute disgrace. Enquired about getting a bike on the cycle to work scheme to be told that if I do then they add 10 percent onto the price and also charge £50 for delivery which I believe on the website normally ranges from free to £9.99. Absolute scumbags if you ask me. Wonder if the government knows about this sort of stuff.

I recently bought my new Trek Domane from Team Cycles. The bike fit by Richard was excellent, he is very knowledgeable, gave me lots of tips and the bike fits great. Hand numbness sorted! Great service.

Even with a priority delivery charge Team Cycles was still cheaper than other suppliers of a part that I was desperately needing before the weekend. I ordered late on Tuesday night (about 2230hrs) and I got an e-mail at 0800hrs the following morning with the full delivery and tracking details for a 24hr delivery. Really pleased with the price and speed of turn round on my order. Will definitely be using them again!

"Be aware of their C2W scheme on sale items"

I was looking forward to purchasing ~£2K worth of bike + accessories using the B2W scheme which they are registered to.

I followed the correct process by generating a quote via the B2W website, based on list prices on Team Cycles website. This was swiftly approved by my company.

I decided to proactively communicate with them to confirm the process once my company issues them a voucher, only to find out a plethora of information that is intentionally omitted from their website. This is disappointing and deceitful, so please see below for anyone else considering using Team Cycles for a C2W scheme so you can go elsewhere to take full benefit on sale items:

"Please be aware we do not offer full sale pricing on our bikes.
We add 10 > 15 percent to any sale priced bike and equipment up to the value of Full RRP.

With all cycle to work purchases, we charge £50 for shipping (payable outside of the Voucher/ Letter of Collection)

We will take this £50 payment first to set the order up (whilst you arrange the voucher) we will then ask some accompanying Photo ID (drivers license or passport) and supporting document such as a utility bill as proof of address."

Went to Team Cycles for a bike fit which was done by Richard who was absolutely fantastic. The service he provided was phenomenal, I fully enjoyed my time there it has given me loads more confidence on the bike and has improved my performance on the bike massively. It’s probably the best purchase I have made for my bike. Great service from start to end, I highly recommend it! You have to go! They also sell some really nice bikes and cycle equipment!

Ordered my Trek Rail 5 from Team Cycles on Tuesday and as promised 2 days later it was available for collection. Arrived first thing Good Friday morning and bike was ready. I was given a run through of all the nuances of an E-MTB having previously had 'normal' MTB's for more years then I care to remember. Service from order to collection was first class and at a great price!! Would have no hesitation in recommending Team Cycles.
