I rang yesterday morning as I was having great trouble removing a tyre from a 'Trek Roscoe', the assistant I spoke to was no help what so ever! He was ignorant & indeed arrogant!
We are not all professional riders or bike mechanics! & should be treat with more respect than I was yesterday morning, disgraceful!

Excellent (blind) bike fitting with Richard this morning. Once my appalling Speedplay knowledge was improved by 200% the fit went swiftly and filled me with confidence that I was about to spend (what I would consider to be) a lot of money on a bike that would fit me to within the mm. Having discussed some minor modifications to the machine to make it look and feel better I can't wait to take delivery next week.

Had my first bike fitting done by Richie at Team cycles. It was a brilliant service and I would recommend it to anyone. I had only ever guessed off the feel with setting up bikes in the past. After the bike fitting Richie had got the bike properly dialled in for me and it felt great, really pleased.
