Purchased the GT2 Offroad scooter and it definitely works offroad! Not very experienced with scooters so I veered into the grass a few times but barely felt the difference due to the shocks absorbing most of the bumps. Definitely recommend, went 20+ mph and rode oh so smooth!

I love our e-bikes. We ordered two- one white one black, one arrived within a week, the second one a few days later- We didn't want to spend a fortune but wanted quality. We researched many e-bikes and decided on the Isinwheele-USA brand. The instructions were easy to understand, good quality, sturdy build super bright headlight and tail light. I especially wanted a bike with fenders and a "luggage rack", these had both. I would totally reorder from this company.

The experience of ordering and purchasing was smooth and the scooter arrived on time…it was well packaged and easy to set up. After it was fully charged…upon powering it up everything is in good working order. Haven't had the opportunity to really give it a workout…winter has arrived. I am so anxious for spring as I see endless hours of fun in my future.

"High Quality"

Received my GT-2 in a few days. Impressed with the quality. It came fully assembled and ready to go. Plenty of power, 28 mph is very fast on a scooter. I have been riding it for a week and it works great. Would buy again!!!

"Poor service"

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After less than six months of ownership, I am having issues with the motor and throttle control. It's clear by the response, the customer service is offshored, and they literally give me the same canned generic response with each reply. They refuse to stand by their warranty. I will never buy from here again. They did offer me a free cup holder.
