Great product. Really rides smooth. Lasts a long time and charges quickly. I weight 180 lbs and it has not trouble taking me around.

Decent product but the company is the worst. No help whatsoever and deceptive descriptions. Easily breakable and the worst part is no information available online to aid self repair. Terrible company and customer service.

The scooter has been great but hit a curb and twisted wheel and snaped the handle bar. I sent note to customer service to see if I could order a replacement part and even though it wasnt under warranty they are shipping me a replacement part. And response was very quick back and forth.

At first I got disappointed with them having troubles with those tire flats every other day and looks like there was a problem with the wheel. For the inconvenience they are sending me 2 new scooters replacement for the troubles. At least they follow up so it could be trusted that they do proper way business.
I didn't receive the new ones yet, but you can trust that they replay over the night to your emails.

I had an issue with one of the parts and it was immediately replaced through great communication with the company. I highly recommend purchasing their products as they stand behind what they sell, which is rare these days.
