They guided us through the initial application process & then through acceptance. In between we had a change of plans from home care to facility care & they guided us through that process as well. We called on them a few times after Mom had gotten into her care facility & even after Mom passed. They were always patient, considerate & always followed up as they said. The team was very helpful and knowledgeable including my first communication with Ron Holland, the specialist assigned to our case Eva Henry (you rock) and Jesse Roberts for final disposition. Although my mother passed away a little over three weeks from my initial call and application was not completed, everyone was compassionate. The price was fair and my final resolution was honorable. ERP is trustworthy and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the service they provide.

I could always rely upon my team to answer questions. They were patient with both me and the agencies they worked with, whom were very backlogged. Everyone at ERP was so helpful. I had tried to navigate the Medicaid process on my own and been turned down. ERP gave me advice on some financial things to change and helped me resubmit My wife was approved right away! I could have never done this on my own. While the process is expensive being turned down is even more and it was well worth every dime I spent. I would highly recommend ERP!!
