I visited the clinic with horrific pain in my shoulder and very limited mobility.
From the minute I entered I was put at my ease by Stewart and everything was clearly and professionally explained to me. After ultra sound and injection I am pain free and able to use my arm again. I can thoroughly recommend this clinic no need to suffer in pain

"Wrist pain treatment"

I've been struggling with wrist pain for months. I visited Life Fit today for a consultation with Stewart Kerr, Physiotherapist who helped confirm the diagnosis of my problem with diagnostic ultrasound and gave me an ultrasound guided steroid injection.
Stewart was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services.

"Knee Injury"

I had issues with my knee whilst hillwalking. I booked an initial consultation with Shane to ascertain the cause. My injury was examined and found to have a quad injury, Shane gave me advice and some exercises to help the recovery, after a few consultations recovered from my injury and was back to normal. I would highly Life Fit Wellness to anyone for any sports injury treatment/rehab.

"LFW Review - Shane Ryan"

After suffering a broken ankle and 2 breaks on my foot, I was referred to Shane Ryan at LFW for physio. My first appointment showed how bad my injuries were as I was barely able to put any weight on my right foot. I'm a keen runner so wanted to get back to it as soon as possible but was unsure if I'd be able to run long distances again.

Each session Shane would push me to do different exercises to help build up the strength in my foot as well as my confidence in trusting that it wouldn't cause further injury. He made a tailored plan for me to work on at home which made my recovery a lot quicker.

Around 10 sessions later I am back to running without any pain/injury and have been discharged which is incredible.

Shane has been brilliant throughout. He knows his stuff inside out and is very reassuring/caring. We had a good banter during the sessions as well which definitely helps.

"Golfers Elbow cure."

I was really struggling with long term Medial Epicondylitis better known as Golfers elbow. More than a year of poor physio sessions and Steroid injections failed to give me any improvement in my condition. Paid a visit to see the guys at Life Fit Wellness in Falkirk and decided to undergo a program of Shockwave Therapy. Three visits followed by regular exercise and I am now pain free and back enjoying my golf again. Strongly recommend anyone struggling with Golfer's or Tennis elbow to give Life Fit Wellness a try.
