"Guided Ultrasound Injection"

Fantastic service from Stewart and the team! I went along yesterday after being referred for an injection into my hip. The process was very straight forward and Stewart was brilliant at explaining the options available to me and putting my mind at ease during the small procedure. By far and large a better experience than having it done in hospital years previously. 10/10 would recommend.

"Wrist issues"

From my first contact with the team at Life Fit Wellness I was left confident that they could help so I arranged an appointment to see 1 of the team.
My appointment was made with Stewart Kerr and we discussed the options I had going forward.
I was glad I made the move to contact the team as I received my scan and injection in my first visit and can honestly say that the relief I've had from this pain is amazing.
The knowledge I felt was first class and I felt safe that I was going down the correct route for what I needed.

"Overcoming recurring injuries"

As an athlete training and competing at an international level, I have experienced a significant amount of injuries over the past few years which has been a huge set-back within my athletic career. However, David has been a great asset to my sporting team throughout the years, helping me to get back to full fitness and really taking the time to understand the root cause of my injuries. It is evident that his clinical skills and knowledge are exceptional but he also cares for patients as idividuals and has their best interest in mind throughout the rehab process and understands and appreciates the burden that injuries can have on an people.

Really good experience (including the directions :)). Clinic is modern with car park opposite. Taken on time and Stewart Kerr explained the process. Examination and ultra sound confirmed my issues and cortisone injection administered all within the same appointment. Highly recommend. Thank you.

"Hip Replacement post op Physio recovery"

I have used Physiotherapist services at LifeFitWellness for my 2 Total Hip Replacements, first 3 years ago, and more recently in Nov21. This was for Post Surgery recovery. Emmet Kennedy and Morven Murray have provided me with excellent care, aided my progression with their professional service and provision of an exercise program. They monitored and checked up on my continued progress. Superb service from all. Highly recommend.

"Ultrasound guided injection for frozen shoulder"

Following bouts of acute pain during the day and night caused by a frozen shoulder I sought out a temporary fix whilst waiting for NHS a physiotherapy appointment.

I made an appointment Life Fit Wellness following a review of the treatments offered on their website and discussions with my own GP (who advised it may be beneficial whilst waiting for physio).

My appointment was with Stewart Kerr who was extremely knowledgeable and explained my condition in detail following his assessment. I opted for the ultra sound guided procedure during which I felt no discomfort.

The results have been remarkable. Within 24 hours I began to realise the benefits with a full nights sleep and increased mobility.

It has now been 6 weeks since the injection and the improvement has continued. I believe one of the most important aspects of the treatment is that it has enabled me to attempt/complete the daily exercises I need to do to fully rehabilitate.

Overall verdict: super pleased!
