I got charged twice due to some technical issue and opened a ticket on their Discord server requesting assistance. The staff asked me for details regarding the duplicate transaction which I provided. It's been over a month since the ticket's been opened and the issue hasn't even been resolved. This is atrocious.

Edit: The issue has been resolved and I was compensated with 14 cents (15% of the refund)
