5 times during a month the services appear to be down, however the prices are extremly cheap and the support is great. I give them 3 stars, i expected a few downtimes with such cheap prices but not all the time.

I was skeptical of the prices until I used a trial and got to meet and chat with a few support members. Although they didn't have any NA support at the time, they were still very fast to respond and took my bug report very seriously and even gave me on-site credit for the report!
