My time was extremely rushed and I didn’t get to complete my form. There needs to be more time allowed for each appointment. I was completely prepared, having everything I needed, yet I still didn’t get to finish. I was told I would get a call back at 5:00 and I never did. This experience was extremely frustrating. The gentleman I worked with was very nice, but I could tell he was rushed for time. Please allot more time.

The mere fact that borrowers are precluded from participation in the federal relief plan is a disgrace and lendee beware this is just the loss of 10-20k now. What if all debts were expunged except for yours and all the other suckers who took out loans from " non-profit, private lenders"?
