I had the pleasure of meeting Erin DeMaggio for my first RISLA/FAFSA experience. She made me feel very comfortable and she had answers to all of my questions. She also offered to go above and beyond and went to one of our school's websites to do some add'l research for me on their finance and cost estimator. I had never known that existed and it was helpful. She made it clear that she'd be available if I had any questions going forward as I finalize the FAFSA and then, once acceptance letters and packages come in, to go through those with me. She was great.
