"Very bad"

I sent a campagnolo cassette with a problem back (they have a 4 FOUR year warranty) and after months of fighting with XX cycle they sent me the defective cassette back and worse they sent it with an invoice as if it was new (including a part that wasn't even in the box but on the original invoice). The end result I have a bad cassette I can't use that cost $279 USD and I had to pay 70 euro VAT because customs insisted the part was new (according to the invoice). When I complained to xxcycle they didn't even answer my emails.

Beware if you have a problem XX won't help you the OPPOSITE

At first I was very skeptical about purchasing from France however, XXCylcles has become one of my favorite stores. They have fantastic products and prices, even the shipping to the US isn't unreaonable.

No tracking number no nothing.
when I ask for estimated delivery, they told me "you select shipment 10-60 days"
something I did not do, I did not have the option to select on checkout.
Definitely not recommended to shoppe on this web site.
