"Great Find"

I found this company after a few enquiries elsewhere for a Dometic/Kampa original part Awning Skirt I am local to the store in Northampton. After phoning them, I popped over and my order was ready to collect. Great customer service. The staff that I dealt with couldn`t have been nicer, and at a cheaper price than Amazon etc...what more could you ask for??

The company exercised the order quickly and gave a delivery date so my 5Star is for the company. However the delivery company had it out for delivery for 3 days I had to chase. Not the fault of the company.

"I wouldn't use this company again as…"

I wouldn't use this company again as they use Evri as there courier... they never deliver like all the other couriers do. Expecting a parcel yesterday, it didn't arrive. No notification, no call, no text..... then they attempted delivery this morning at 8:55, again no notification no call, no text. It's an Industrial estate, if they could be bothered to call then I would have advised to just leave with the security gate.... I would avoid using UK Camping and Leisure again for this reason....

Order incomplete when arrived, took ages to get to the right department to enquire, then was told it was advised wrong so if I want the other bits I must buy separately or can have money back but they are not willing to uphold there end of the contract of sale, now going through legal channels trying to get the goods I should have received, still to the currently advised and a complete set,
intentionally misleading
