We ordered a new gas pipe. When we came to collect it, we saw it was not the right one.
Our fault. The refunded our bank account straight away. Very pleased.

"I ordered a pair of towing mirrors on…"

I ordered a pair of towing mirrors on the 27th of October, what arrived was a single very cheap towing mirror. I sent a photo of the wrong item that had been sent to me. I received an email asking me to send a picture of the items barcode, which I did the following day. I then didn’t hear back from the company and had the chase them for a response. They confirmed they had sent the wrong item but would not issue a refund or replacement until they had received the wrongly dispatched item back. Once I finally received a returns label over email I took it straight to my local Evri drop off point (1 hour round trip). I checked the Evri tracking which confirmed the item was delivered back to the warehouse on Monday the 9th of September. By Thursday I still hadn’t received any refund notification, I emailed and was told it takes 3-5 working days. I’m now on day 7 and still no contact or refund.
I am in my 3rd week of chasing my money for an order that I didn’t receive. I get that wrong items can be sent but this service is without doubt the worst I’ve had from any online shopping retailer.
