Quick delivery, build quality and pins were included. Dislike, May sound petty but bought specifically for one customers job and when delivered looked like a rusty second hand bucket. As if the bucket had been shown a can of unopened paint then left outside.

Great service, prompt delivery. A very effective grab tool which has been brilliant all apart from when one of the pins fell out. Turns out the locking pin was the wrong side of the hole ie not through it. Silly assembly error easily fixed and no harm done.
