"Absolutely Rubbish Customer Care"
Over the last two weeks left telephone and email messages for a call back. Never got contacted.
Finally got someone to answer today 3rd Jan, and what a major disappointment. Asked if I could visit and view buckets and get advice. Answer, no we are to busy putting in a new system.
Well done Rhinox, hope your system works well as your sales technique and service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I would not touch you now with a barge pole or an excavators bucket.
Will take my money to someone who actually knows how to treat their customers with respect and care.

I recently bout a 3' smooth bucket for my Kubota k018 and the bucket doesn't fit properly. Poor workmanship on the bucket. It's for my quick attach but it's not that at all. Brian Murphy

"Absolutely the best customer service I…"
Absolutely the best customer service I have delt with. Understood exactly what I needed and was looking for. I needed a pin made also for my quick release and it was perfect. I highly recommend them. Do not hesitate to buy from this company. Do be aware of the rime difference, so you will need to call very early in the am to catch them open.

"Kubota u10-3"
I bought a kingpin replacement bush and pin set for a kubota u10-3.Had this fitted.First problem the bolt cap was too long wouldn't line up with the threaded bolt holes.Simple fix to cut and re-weld to fit.Explained this to the company who thanked me and said they would check their stock.Ufortunatley there is no grease hole in the main pin this was not identified until fitted.
I asked supplier if it was possibly fitted the wrong way round before major dismantle work etc.The reply I got was "The king pins are not meant to be greasable at this position"A picture of the pin in question was sent clearly showing the grease nipple- I also checked this on the parts diagram from kubota.I asked again for clarification to which "these pins have always been solid pins, ones with holes are typically weaker pins"
Now the next pin in this section is separating and works loose, this had never happened with the original,Now the solid pin is starting to grone-more un nessary down time and part replacement! I'm not wasting any more time pursuing this with the company as from the tone of the replies I'm unlikely to get anywhere. My conclusion is that I will purchase genuine parts in future.
Just thought I'd share my experience before you go possibly making an expensive mistake.

"Ripper Tooth"
The Case cx36b ripper tooth fits perfectly, no problems with the install. It works just like I hoped it would, brilliantly. I live on 22 forested acres and I am always messing with downed/dead trees. Previously removing stumps was usually a very difficult project. This ripper makes a tremendous difference. I pulled four stumps (18-24 inch trunk diameter) in less than an hour. Previously, it would have taken me at least a day or two to get these same stumps out. Thanks for delivering a great product at a reasonable price.
