All aspects of my order were met and/or exceeded. Ordering process and shipping was excellent and all items were packed/shipped properly. Actual products were as described, library/archival quality build and materials. I will order these many more times in the future (this is my second bulk order). "On Santa's nice list"

We can't say enough good things about WTSmedia. We are Santa and Mrs. Claus at a very large light show in NC. We offer the opportunity for visitors to visit and have photos taken with Santa. For the past three years we have purchased our CDs from WTS but this year we decided to go with flash drives instead. When we started getting quotes the prices varied a bit. While WTS was a little higher, we opted to order from them as we trust their service and staff. Their customer service is incredible. We received our flash drives (all 2500 of them) and they are perfect! Preloaded with print releases makes our job a little easier. As long as we continue as Santa and Mrs. C, we will only use WTS for our media needs.

"I am rather disappointed"

I was disappointed. I received my CD's and they look beautiful but in my computer none of the ISCR, EIN or track information ended up on the CD. Just track #'s and Unknown Artist. Also, I know there is a allowance for over/under runs, but it is still disappointing when I ordered 100 cd's and only receive 90. I talked with customer service and showed them the box, fully packed with only 90 CDs in it. They refunded 10% which is fine. In regards to them not showing data on media players, they asked me to send back two to investigate why the track data did not play. They sent me a screen via email later showing that the data displayed fine in their test. I have now tested it on multiple devices. The songs do play fine, but will only display track data in the cars I tested, but on 5 different PCs. 1 Macbook, 1 Mac Pro and one Xbox One, none of them displayed track data (names, EIN, ISCR Codes, song titles, etc). The music plays fine on all players, but the only place that shows the track data was in a car, but not on a PC, Mac or computer based players. In summary, I wouldn't recommend WTS with small CD-R CD orders if display data when inserting in a computer is important to you. WTS states, 'it is not with the CDs, but the players you are using' but with only 3 displaying (cars only) of 11 different players, I disagree.

I am extremely impressed with this company. It is hard, to find a trustworthy company these days. So many companies come up in a web search, and one has to filter out the good from the bad. When I saw wts's website, I immediately noticed the professionalism and clarity in their presentation of services offered. I found that they allow you to choose which services you want and which you don't want, so that you're not paying for things that you don't find necessary. They also have a design team. I didn't have my own graphics, so I sent them my photos and explained how I wanted the design, and they really made it pop. Yes there is an extra fee for that, but trust me, it is all worth it. They won't finalize anything until you approve it, they will email you the proof to make sure it meets your expectations and if it doesn't you can let them know what needs to be changed. They assign a case manager to your account who you talk to personally, via email or phone, so you're not just dialing a 1-800- number and having to explain everything all over again to multiple people. Overall, I can't say enough about how professional the company is, and they really do work with each customer on an individual basis. It was totally worth the money spent. And now I have my CDs!
