We own a recording studio (Studio 115A) and record label (M.A.C. Records) in Columbus, MS. We started working with WTS (specifically Larry Russell - #1 sales guy and rep) at the recommendation of another friend in the music business. We have been using WTS since late 2016. What we love about WTS is the personal treatment that we get from them. They know your name and are willing to do whatever they can to make you happy. Recently, we had an artist that had a deadline to get their new project that seemed impossible, but WTS went way above the call of duty and made it happen. The artist got their project just in time for a major event. The artist was happy and WTS made us look really good!
We use their graphics team for design work and have been very pleased. The designers are easy to work with, they are fast, and the designs are creative. Of course, pricing is great too. We love the turnaround time...much better than other companies we have worked with in the past. Just a great find and we couldn't be happier! WTSmedia worked for our band on price and turnaround time. It took a few days longer than we wanted, but we still got our CDs in time for our release. Our sales representative worked with us through emails and phone calls to get things worked out and corrected.

The biggest Pro in my mind is that you are able to reach a real person by phone as well as email, but having the ability to talk with your personal sales rep. is a huge help in my mind. One thing to keep in mind when planning a CD release or having a deadline is that WTS has a Monday through Friday work week, so it is a good idea to compensate for that and get your project started sooner than later. Overall, our band is satisfied with the results.
