We purchased the commercial Froothie with sound cover as we've burnt out the motor on several other blenders (not Froothie). Took a bit of adjusting to the larger quantities, but really enjoying the power of this machine. Great for handling larger quantities like my buckwheat and linseed bread mixture which is quite wet, also great at blending up frozen fruit into ice-cream. I had to add a bit more liquid to my usual hummus recipe but then made a really smooth mix. Smoothies of course are a super easy. I like that it is so easy to clean. A little tricky getting stuff out from around the blades but other than that it's been a work horse.

I brought juicer for a friend. Unfortunately it has had to be returned for repair. Juicer just stopped working for no apparent reason. Tried to find out the cause of the problem before sending back to manufacturer. Prompt email communication. Received postage paid documentation quickly for return. Kept informed as to time frame for investigation to begin and results of investigation and when juicer posted. Still awaiting the arrival of juicer via international mail
