"Absolutely love my magicook pro"
Absolutely love my magicook pro. It’s the bee’s knees but sadly after sales care could be a bit better. Have sent my magicook pro back for warranty purposes, not to realise nor to be told it would be over a 5 weeks before I was to receive my magicook back (as now froothie’s service technician/s is/are delayed :-/ Warranty claims in my experience have been a pretty straight forward process but not this one. Still haven’t got a reply from my last email sent Thursday last week (27.06.24)
Edit- 5 days later I let you know I dropped the parcel off?! That’s utter BS! I dropped it off the same day and your records would show me sending the tracking number through on 18/06 for a 13/06 drop off. As for the delay, nothing was mentioned until I reached out and said, hey the parcel is now with you, how long will repairs take. A simple apology would have been fine but clutching at straws trying to justify the time this took (still haven’t received the power cord 23/06) is well below par. I can’t say I’d be recommending you to anyone after this, thanks

The machine arrived promptly, it is easy to understand and apply for someone who has never used a machine like that, it can cook amazing things. I am very grateful for it for less than half price of other machines.
Two things I would wish for: a handle to be able to work with the mixer better. And more recipes!

My blender stopped with a big noise and spitted pieces of plastic from the bottom. After 3 months emails, videos , photos etc the Australian Froothie assistance ended by saying that the blender is ok it's just a matter of "bubbles". They never inspected my blender ! Can you believe it !

Great product which makes amazing smoothies! Have had a number of Nutribullets over the years that kept breaking so bit the bullet and brought a Froothie whic has been awesome, 5 year warranty and love that you can easily get replacement parts if you ever need them!
