However the administration side was littered with mistakes which meant I had to call again to correct those mistakes for instance delivery and billing was the other way around, my surname was also spelled wrong. Overall experience was satisfactory

I recently ordered 4 falken wildpeak mud terrains on the 24/11/24 and was delighted when it said they could be delivered the Friday, 29/11/24 as my current tyres are getting low on tread
They never showed Friday I wasn’t bothered as I’m in the north highlands and delivery can be a hit and a miss sometimes but to this day 07/12/24 I’ve still not received any answers to my emails or phone calls and with the order still sitting at awaiting despatch and no response to my contact attempts I’m not sure what to do now i hope you find this review helpful and hope you can correct this in the future
