"Charged 100 euros for a car that wasn't the one we rented"

My family, consisting of two adults and two children, rented a Hyundai Kona. Although the car was clean, there was a tire pressure issue with the right tire. In a rush, we decided to address the problem ourselves by going to a gas station.
July 11
We were surprised to find a 100 euro fee labelled as "inappropriate cleaning conditions" added to our bill. We had actually cleaned the car before returning it, as we hadn't spent much time in it to make a mess.
July 14
During our first call to Ubeeqo customer service, they advised us to email their support for clarification on the fees, which we promptly did. In response, we received an email within an hour, along with attached images that showed significant dog hair inside the car. The relief was palpable since the car in the images was clearly not the Hyundai Kona we had rented, and we don't own a dog. To make our case even more evident, we attached a picture of the car's trunk, showing the stark contrast between the dog hair-covered trunk in the images and the Hyundai Kona's trunk.
In a swift reply, Ubeeqo's email support informed us that there was nothing they could do, asserting that the car in question was indeed ours. Despite our repeated requests for a picture of the license plate of the vehicle with the dog hair, to demonstrate the mistake, they continued to assert that the responsibility was ours, emphasizing that we should have taken photos of the car before returning it.
August 21
Despite sending additional emails on July 31st and August 19th, their response remained consistent, and they eventually closed our case, maintaining their stance that the dog hair-filled car was the one we had rented. This experience has led us to a clear conclusion: Ubeeqo should be avoided at all costs. Despite our innocence, they unjustly accused and charged us. Their customer service is unresponsive, making it impossible to communicate our claim effectively.

The money has been refunded with no apologize, still progress however

Registrierung per App war problematisch, echt schlechte Usererfahrung. Am Ende wurden Kosten in Rechnung gestellt, die vorher nicht kommuniziert waren.

Alquile un coche el 15 de agosto, cuando vi el coche daba pena por fuera, pero cuando pude abrir la puerta se me cayeron al suelo, estaba sucio hasta arriba, suelo asientos salpicadero todo en general (tengo 10 fotos) llamo al teléfono que hay y me dicen que no han tenido tiempo de limpiarlo, y que no tenían otro. Me dijeron muy amablemente que me harían un descuento, !!mentira!!! Después de discutir con ellos hoy me llega un descuento de 10€ para el próximo alquiler, jajajaja. 75€ que pague. "¡¡¡Qué desastre de empresa!!"
¡¡¡Qué desastre de empresa!!! Alquilar el coche es muy fácil pero cuando llego a recogerlo me lo encuentro en un estado lamentable lleno de golpes, maletero que no cierra, parachoques descolgado, lleno de rayones, sucio y un coche más viejo que la tos con 40.000 km. Automáticamente llamé para que me devolvieran el dinero, me ofrecieron otro coche y la misma porquería, lo rechacé y di de baja la cuenta. Hasta nunca Ubeeqo.

non mi fa caricare le foto della patente , il loro sito ha dei problemi.. ho perso mezzora per l iscrizione e ho dovuto lasciare perdere perche non sono riuscito a caricare le foto sulla app... imbarazzante

Wir haben vor 1. Wochen für den Umzug den Van gebucht. Abholzeit war 7:30 Uhr. 7:28 Uhr wurde weil angeblich das Fahrzeug nicht verfügbar ist der Auftrag storniert und wir standen AM UMZUGSTAG ohne Auto da. Absolute Frechheit. Vom Support erhält man dann die Antwort ja wenn das Fahrzeug nicht verfügbar ist dann ist das halt so. Das konnte man auch nicht schon am Vortag sagen.
Liebe Leute! Zahlt lieber ein bisschen mehr und seit auf der sicheren Seite. Wir haben dann über Sixt ein Auto kurzfristig innerhalb von 15 Minuten erhalten. Super nett, super schnell und haben genug Transporter.
Definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung für diesen Dreck.

"Most incompetent company ever"
Most incompetent company ever. I created an account and to pay for the car, they wanted to confirm via SMS, so I needed to change my number to one working in Europe. But you can change on the app, only by email (that I got no answer) and every time I called the support, they recommended me to create another account. I created 3 accounts, none of them were approved, the call center support were extremely rude and treated me like I was dumb due to their lack of competence. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone, 100% waste of time and patience.

impossible de faire valider mon permis de conduire après 4 tentatives , deux appels , operatrices qui n'essaient pas de resoudre le problème. j'ai desinstaller l'appli , ils n'ont pas besoin de clients apparemment

If I can give this company 0 star or less, that be it. it's absolutely horrible to get an account verified with non-European license at least.
The customer support was extremely rude, after wasting so much of time, he declined my account activation, due to his personal preference.
