"Ridiculously misleading advertising"

Ridiculously misleading advertising. All I want to do is try it for a month, and they're saying it's $32 a month. But unfortunately, that's only if you buy a yearly subscription. Otherwise a one-month subscription on its own is $71. Which they are in no way shape or form up front about. This is an incredibly scummy business practice and is highly indicative of an untrustworthy company.
I have no idea if I'm going to like this product or if I'm going to have any issues with it.
So the only way to get half off is by buying a yearly subscription? Really? This sucks. It's also rather telling that they only respond to the five-star reviews on this site. Everyone with a legitimate grievance is just ignored. That should tell you all you need to know about these scam artists.

SCAM Run for your life!!

In all seriousness avoid at all costs. There are a ton of providers for sexual health and other meds, but this org is just scammy. Order shipment initiated 1/14, today, 1/24, we are still showing five days until expected delivery. Did they utilize the Pony Express? If they had even at horse speeds it would have been here in less than a week.

Customer service is atrocious and u willing to help.

The process was very easy and faster then I expected. The company exceeded my expectations and checked on me through the process of getting started. Also the product really worked for me. I've been married for 32 years and don't think I've had as much sex as I'm having now. Thank you hims.

"Automatic Renewal and Impossible To Cancel"

They signed me up for automatic renewal without prompting. I decided I did not want to continue with the product and have been fighting supposed errors on their website all morning to unsubscribe. This is extremely unprofessional practice for a company.

Edit: I also just found an area in the app that you have to manually opt out of them distributing your private information and specifically opt out of them “sharing/selling” your data. That’s exact wording. This is awful.

A week to process then a week for delivery...also your app is not user friendly..all I want to do is cancel and it shouldn't be so difficult... you should check out RO....they take 4/5 days total..

Very unsatisfied w their customer service. With out my authorization they have charged my card and when I called them they said by just ordering once I’ve accepted to their subscription and auto pay !!! Ask to return the unopened box for refund still didn’t accept.
The product doesn’t work at all

Customer service is non existent. Very difficult to actually contact and they just reference pages on their website that aren't relevant even when asking a direct question, the response is bad AI. Follow up questions provide me useless information since they aren't reading the question.

"Unethical slimebags over at ForHims…"

Unethical slimebags over at ForHims sold me Topical Finasteride without proper consultation or warning of dangerous and severe side effects. I suffer from permanent sexual dysfunction from their product and this company couldn't care any less about their victims. They will ignore, block and treat you like nothing once they have your money. I immediately cancelled my bogus "Subscription" plan and even that proved difficult. ForHims is the devil and you should all be fired and banned from ever working in medicine ever again.

"looong processing times and horrible customer service "

Couldn’t tell you about the product bc it’s been 2 weeks and it’s still not here. It sat at their facility “waiting to be picked up by carrier” for over a week. I could’ve gone to my doctor and had this already 12 days ago. It’s still 3 more days away. What a waste of time. Oh, and when I contacted customer service, they told me it’s bc it’s a compound product that they have to formulate. Am I supposed to believe they don’t have any on hand and they’re just waiting for me to order before they start “formulating”?? I hate when companies play me for an idiot
