I was sent and charged for 2 bottles of the hair loss spray. I had only ordered one. I contacted Hims customer support and was basically told to go pound sand and they refused to refund me. I was charged $150/ bottle. It was Hims mistake and yet they refused to help me and give a refund. Not impressed.
