"Not Certain Its Working ...Yet"

I'm not certain this is truly working. However, it does seem like my hair is a little healthier so I am being patient as it's only been 6 weeks so far.
Also, I'm getting the shampoo replacements a little earlier than I need. I'm not sure if this is costing more on not.

"Just went through the process and was…DENIED but CHARGED"

Just went through the process and was denied the approach I wanted due to already taking a 1mg finasteride tablet.

Had entered card info as required thinking it would not be processed until my desired prescription was approved.

Did this yesterday afternoon and received that I did not qualify. Asked for a refund and was told NO.

Disappointed that a company spending so much on marketing needs to resort to such a practice.

Will cancel so there is no future charge.

"I purchased a 6-month supply of topical…"

I purchased a 6-month supply of topical hair treatment for £156. Unfortunately, I experienced a rash as a reaction to the product and found the quantity provided per dose insufficient to cover the affected area. When I raised these issues with the company, they showed no interest in addressing my concerns, leaving me to absorb the £156 loss.

To make matters worse, six months later, the company charged me again without my consent, shipping another 6-month supply and deducting £156 from my account.

The ingredients in this product are teratogenic and associated with risks such as suicidal thoughts. Such treatments should require oversight from a qualified prescriber to evaluate their suitability before dispensing an additional 6-month supply. In my case, this review was especially critical given my adverse reaction, which should have deemed the treatment harmful.

No such review was conducted. Despite contacting the company before the second package arrived, they refused to issue a refund. When I requested the details of a prescribing professional or pharmacist to escalate the matter to the appropriate governing bodies, the company failed to provide them. My emails have since been ignored.

I intend to escalate this case to the relevant authorities for unethical malpractice.

I strongly urge others not to purchase from this unethical and untrustworthy company.
